Alcohol : Alcohol cannot be supplied without both prior approval from the Council and an appropriate liquor licence, and alcohol can only be consumed in the areas permitted by the approval and licence.

Smoking : Smoking in the clubrooms is strictly prohibited.

Hire Limited to Clubrooms Only : This application does not cover the use of the Gairloch Oval for events and functions.  The City of Melville must be consulted to confirm approval for the use of the oval.

No Liability : Applecross Junior Football Club does not accept any liability for injury resulting from the use of the facilities.  The applicant must check the facilities beforehand  to ensure that they are adequate and safe for the applicant’s proposed use.

Cleaning: The applicant must remove all debris and clean up the facilities immediately at the conclusion of the event.

Charges:

Clubrooms  $100 general public, $75 past members of AJFC, $50 current members of AJFC

Lights                     $25
